Abstract

Creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment is crucial for improving the quality of education. This study examines the success of Satit Phatnawitya School in establishing a conducive educational atmosphere through leadership, teacher competence, and infrastructure development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings highlight that strong school leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive academic culture, where teachers demonstrate professional, pedagogical, social, and personal competencies. Additionally, the availability of adequate facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, and libraries, enhances the overall learning experience. The study concludes that the integration of effective leadership, competent educators, and well-developed facilities contributes significantly to the school's success. These findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions aiming to create a similar environment conducive to academic excellence.
