Archiving Policy
The International Journal of Critical Studies on Muslim Societies (IJCSMS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.
To achieve this, the journal implements the following archiving strategies:
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN):
The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network to digitally preserve its content, ensuring secure and long-term access even if the journal is no longer available online. - LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe):
The journal supports the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, ensuring permanent access to the journal’s content. - Institutional Repository:
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional or subject-based repositories, with proper acknowledgment of the original publication in IJCSMS. - Self-Archiving Policy:
Authors may archive pre-print, post-print, and publisher’s versions of their articles on personal websites or institutional repositories.
Through these measures, IJCSMS ensures the preservation, accessibility, and long-term availability of all published articles for the global academic community.
